Conference Room
Have your next meeting at HealthWorks! Our spacious Conference Room is available for member and non-member groups for meetings, seminars, social events, etc. for up to 50 participants. HealthWorks Fitness Center will supply 8-foot folding tables and 10-foot round tables and chairs for your meeting.

Arrangements
Seating for the Conference Room may be arranged in a number of ways. If you choose to set up the room on your own please inform the Conference Room Director at the time of booking. HealthWorks Fitness Center will be happy to arrange the seating and preparations for your conference for an additional fee.

Scheduling
We ask that you book the Conference Room no more than 4 months in advance. A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the event's room rental charge must be paid before reservations can be set aside on HealthWorks' calendar.

*We provide the Conference Room at no charge to non-profit organizations. You will need to present your non-profit tax ID.
