Drums Alive:  The most unique fitness/wellness program extravaganza for seniors and baby boomers. It is designed to burn fat, improve physical and mental fitness and above all, be fun. Modifications for seated work are also demonstrated.  

Line Dancing:  a choreographed dance class with a repeated sequence of steps to the beat of designated music this class is great for all ages who enjoy having a great time.
